Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for evaluation challenge purchases and related services offered by Diamond Hands Trading Co.
1. General Rule
Challenge purchases are generally non-refundable once access is delivered and/or the Program has started, except where required by law.
2. Duplicate Charges / Billing Errors
If you were charged multiple times or believe you were billed in error, contact support through your trader back office within 7 days of the charge and we will investigate.
3. Verified Technical Access Issues
If you cannot access the Program due to a verified technical issue on our side, contact support through your trader back office within 7 days of purchase. If access cannot be restored, we may issue a refund or credit where permitted by law.
4. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting support first may result in account restrictions and/or ineligibility for future participation.
5. Policy Updates
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
